DEPOSIT CONTRIBUTION

This offer is available on selected developments and selected plots only and is subject to availability and lender conditions. Purchasers must contribute a minimum 5% deposit to qualify. The contribution by Wain Homes will be agreed upon reservation based on the listed sale price and will be deducted from the final completion statement. The contribution amount will vary by plot and by development. The contribution will be per plot, not per named purchaser.

12 MONTHS MORTGAGE CONTRIBUTION

Contribution per month towards your mortgage for 12 months. The contribution amount will vary by plot and by development. Our mortgage offer is available on selected plots only. The promotion is limited to mortgage payments up to a maximum value of 5% of the listed sale price and will be deducted from the final account at legal completion.

CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS OPTIONS AND EXTRAS

Latune Gardens Summer Prize Draw

  1. Eligibility:
    • The Wain Homes Prize Draw ("the Prize Draw") is open to all visitors aged 18 and over attending Latune Gardens events in May and June.
    • Employees of Wain Homes and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.
  2. Entry:
    • Entry into the Prize Draw is automatic for all eligible visitors attending Latune Gardens events in May and June.
    • No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Prize Draw.
  3. Prize:
    • The prize consists of a £200 Amazon voucher.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
    • Wain Homes reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
    • No purchase of a Wain Homes home is necessary to be entered.
  4. Winner Selection:
    • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Prize Draw period.
    • The draw will take place within seven (7) days following the conclusion of the Latune Gardens events in June.
    • The winner will be notified via email or phone within fourteen (14) days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within thirty (30) days of notification, Wain Homes reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  5. Publicity:
    • By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to Wain Homes using their name and image for promotional purposes related to the Prize Draw, without any further compensation.
  6. Data Protection:
    • Any personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Prize Draw and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
    • Personal data will not be shared with any third parties without the entrant's prior consent.
  7. General Conditions:
    • Wain Homes reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • Participation in the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
