DEPOSIT CONTRIBUTION

This offer is available on selected developments and selected plots only and is subject to availability and lender conditions. Purchasers must contribute a minimum 5% deposit to qualify. The contribution by Wain Homes will be agreed upon reservation based on the listed sale price and will be deducted from the final completion statement. The contribution amount will vary by plot and by development. The contribution will be per plot, not per named purchaser.

12 MONTHS MORTGAGE CONTRIBUTION

Contribution per month towards your mortgage for 12 months. The contribution amount will vary by plot and by development. Our mortgage offer is available on selected plots only. The promotion is limited to mortgage payments up to a maximum value of 5% of the listed sale price and will be deducted from the final account at legal completion.

CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS OPTIONS AND EXTRAS

Options and Extras available for selection are dependent on build stage of property. Please speak to your Sales Executive for more information.
