Our South West region has completed the acquisition of a 9.6 acres site in Yelland in North Devon, to provide 80 energy efficient new homes.
The development on West Yelland, named Otters Reach to recognise the presence of Otters in the nearby RiverTorridge, will feature a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes. Construction work is now underway with the first new homes for sale expected to be released in Spring 2025.
As part of the development agreement, Wain Homes will contribute £650,000 towards local community healthcare services, education, local infrastructure, open spaces and special areas of conservation.
