Location: Severn Valley regional office (Bristol)

Reports to: Sales Director 

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As the Sales Progressor / Administrator, you will be confident and self-motivated, and a key member of the customer focused Sales team in our Severn Valley region. 

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Progressor / Administrator will support the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years sales progression experience, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will also play a key role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and enhancing overall efficiency within the sales department ensuring exchange forecasts are met or exceeded. 

 

You will be expected to: 

 

Daily/Weekly (where appropriate) 

•Chase exchanges and completions across all live developments.

•Liaise with solicitors to ensure progression is moving forward.

•Work with sales consultants to keep purchasers updated.

•Log Exchanges and Completions in Coins.

•Distribute CMLs, issue approved notices and oversee completions.

•Organise and check paperwork for reservations using COINS.

•Organising and distributing build/sales sheets.

•Managing the consents process; informing customers of the process, seeking approval for plans,creating transaction sheets on Excel for Finance, issuing consent letters for customers.

•Updating NPA registration spreadsheet for all legal completions.

•Updating NHBC Spreadsheet using the NHBC portal, liaising with sites and NHBC to rectify anysurvey issues.

•Sending reservation letters and Part Exchange letters to customers. 

• Dealing with any sales enquiries that come into Head Office. 

• Provide general administrative support to the sales team. 

• Take and distribute minutes of Build Sales Meetings. 

 

Monthly 

• Creating completion files and organising hampers for sites. 

• Updating sales allocation list and distributing to all Head Office. 

• Maintaining the sales storage room ensuring it has sufficient stock levels of point-of-sale site literature, PPE and other items as necessary for the on-site sales teams. 

 

Adhoc (ongoing/when required) 

• Ordering uniforms for the sales team when needed using the uniform portal. 

• Prepare and distribute sales-related documentation and reports. 

• General administrative and office duties using Microsoft Office as directed by the Sales Director. 

• Providing additional support to the Sales Manager/s.
